Graduated in Law from the University of León, Honor Mention in the Master’s Degree in Sports Law and Management (ISDE), certified Mediator by the Rey Juan Carlos University in collaboration with the Madrid Bar Association and the Spanish Olympic Committee, and founding member of the Spanish Association of Sports Mediation (ASEMD).
A lawyer specialized in Sports Law, he has served as Secretary General and Head of the Legal Advisory Department of the Royal Spanish Automobile Federation, where he was also Secretary of its Electoral Board.
Previously, he developed his professional career as a lawyer for the multinational sports representation, mediation, and marketing company U1st Sports, and at the Royal Spanish Fencing Federation, where he was a legal advisor and a member of its Sports Disciplinary Committee.
